The company operates out of the Tir Llwyd Industrial Estate off St Asaph Avenue, Kinmel Bay and can receive work from most of the North Wales coastal area and inland to Wrexham and Denbigh areas. On certain occasions we are able to come to your home or place of work to perform some SMART repair procedures to your vehicle in the same day. Please note that should you require larger or more complicated repair work to be carried out, then this will need you to leave your vehicle at the workshop in Kinmel Bay. The workshop is secured at night with heavy steel barriers at the entrance to the five businesses in the road.

It is often said in advertisements that no job is too large, however practicality must take precedence when assessing the size of repair that can be carried out. It is impractical to request a full respray of a vehicle (although our operators are entirely capable of doing so). Therefore we must limit the extent of repair achievable. Contacting us by telephone or email to give us an idea of the nature of work to be done will save time in the long run. We can repair up to moderate panel damage (unless this is crash damage where the vehicle integrity may have been compromised - that still remains in the realm of the fullsize bodyshop). Cracked or split bumpers and other exterior trim, whether colour-coded or not, can be made to look like new. Interior trim mouldings can be treated in the same fashion without the need for replacement. Velour and fabric upholstery and carpets can be repaired where they have been damaged by cigarettes etc. and leather can be repaired and recoloured (if necessary) to match the originals. If you need to have your door handles, trim or bumpers colour-coded to your car then this is not a problem - we can leave the trim textured or smooth it out for you. If you have kerbed, scuffed or corroded alloy wheels then we can bring them back to showroom condition (please note that if the wheels are buckled or split then there is no guarantee that this particular damage can be removed. If you need re-trim work done to your vehicle then why not use our in-house service with hand finished interiors by Krainz.
